Fair Voyage

Your students will enjoy visiting the fair for an adventure in reading instruction. Students have fun as they read about the fair with the Captain and his Cartoon Crew.

Students learn about: types of sentences, punctuation, synonyms, antonyms, homonyms, prefixes, suffixes, root words, syllabication, parts of speech, comprehension and other decoding skills.

They will also learn writing skills. They learn about writing narratives, steps in the writing process, brain storming for writing, and much more.

Students enjoy seeing and reading about the rides, exhibits, animals, displays, games, fireworks and much more. The full motion computer video allows your students to see the fair first hand. They can relive experiences at past fairs or learn about the fair for the first time.

The program has two reading levels - level one and level two. Your students can read the stories in English or Spanish.
